REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. We do not accept refunds under any circumstanses EXCEPT;

1. Item received is defective and no replacement available to compensate the purchase. All related shipping will be borned by us.

2. Actual sizing is way too different from sizing chart. Kindly note that we already put the disclaimer under each item that difference of 0.5-1inch to be expected from sizing chart due to nature of bulk tailoring. We will allow for refund for difference of more than 1inch only.

We will not provide refunds for reasons such as "Colour doesnt match with my skin/doesn't look good on me/item too big for me". Please take into consideration all information given before proceeding with your purchase. Feel free to talk to us should you have any questions prior to your purchase. RETURN PROCESS

Should there be any issue with your purchase that allows for return, kindly do so within 7days of receipt of item. We will not entertain claims made after that 7days period.

Item returned must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.

Once your return item is received, team will inspect the item before proceeding with refund. Kindly allow for 2-3days for the refunds to be made to your account after we receive all required information.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with the color or size, worry not because we ALLOW FOR EXCHANGE (subject to avaibility). Kindly email us or whatsapp our admin if you wish to exchange your item within 7 days of receipt of item. We will only allow for exchange for original, unwashed, unworn item only. All shipping cost related to this process will be charged to customer.

In case of exchange due to defective/damaged item, we will replace your item with the same item purchased. All related shipping cost will be borned by us.

In some cases where item is defective/damaged AND customer request the new item to be in different color OR size, all related shipping cost will be charged to customer.

Item must be return in original condition received to be allowed for exchange. Should we receive item that is not in original condition, (ie; worn or washed), we will return the same item to customer again without exchange. Customer will be charged for the return postage.
